Job Summary

A company is looking for a UK Summer Associate (Full-Time/Six-Month Contract).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer service inquiries via email and social media, troubleshooting user issues
  • Onboard new Hosts and maintain up-to-date Host location profiles
  • Support team workflows and assist with other flagship UK products as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3+ years of experience in customer support/success roles
  • Experience with customer support platforms, ideally Intercom
  • Experience using CRM platforms, specifically HubSpot
  • Familiarity with productivity tools, such as Asana
  • Knowledge of motorhoming and/or van life is a plus
