Job Summary
A company is looking for a UK Summer Associate (Full-Time/Six-Month Contract).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer service inquiries via email and social media, troubleshooting user issues
- Onboard new Hosts and maintain up-to-date Host location profiles
- Support team workflows and assist with other flagship UK products as needed
Required Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of experience in customer support/success roles
- Experience with customer support platforms, ideally Intercom
- Experience using CRM platforms, specifically HubSpot
- Familiarity with productivity tools, such as Asana
- Knowledge of motorhoming and/or van life is a plus
