Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate to support clinical trial sites and ensure accurate data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical trial sites, providing tailored support and training
• Collect and enter study and site configuration data accurately, ensuring readiness before sites go live
• Monitor and analyze patterns in site operations to improve processes and enhance platform functionality

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of client-facing experience with a focus on relationship management
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with data configuration and management in a tech-driven setting
• Familiarity with AI tools for automating tasks and improving efficiency
• Exposure to healthcare, clinical research, or life sciences is preferred
