Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update Health Scorecards and account tracking for effective customer management
  • Coordinate materials and schedules for customer renewals and cross-sell activities
  • Support Client Onboarding and internal meetings to align account strategies and objectives
Required Qualifications
  • 3-6+ years in Customer Success Operations, CS Admin, or RevOps
  • Experience with high-touch enterprise account models
  • Familiarity with renewal and expansion support processes
  • Strong CRM and reporting skills
  • High school diploma
