Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update Health Scorecards and account tracking for effective customer management
- Coordinate materials and schedules for customer renewals and cross-sell activities
- Support Client Onboarding and internal meetings to align account strategies and objectives
Required Qualifications
- 3-6+ years in Customer Success Operations, CS Admin, or RevOps
- Experience with high-touch enterprise account models
- Familiarity with renewal and expansion support processes
- Strong CRM and reporting skills
- High school diploma
