Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update Health Scorecards and account risk tracking to support customer engagement
- Coordinate preparation of materials for customer renewals and assist in account plan updates
- Support cross-sell activities by coordinating contracts and working with relevant teams
Required Qualifications
- 3-6+ years in Customer Success Operations, CS Admin, or RevOps
- Experience supporting high-touch enterprise account models
- Familiarity with renewal and expansion support processes
- Proficient with CRM systems, reporting, and coordination across functions
- High school diploma required
