Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update Health Scorecards and account risk tracking to support customer engagement
  • Coordinate preparation of materials for customer renewals and assist in account plan updates
  • Support cross-sell activities by coordinating contracts and working with relevant teams
Required Qualifications
  • 3-6+ years in Customer Success Operations, CS Admin, or RevOps
  • Experience supporting high-touch enterprise account models
  • Familiarity with renewal and expansion support processes
  • Proficient with CRM systems, reporting, and coordination across functions
  • High school diploma required
