Job Summary
Customer Success Associate is a temporary, program-based role focused on managing sub-$2,500 renewal accounts, executing renewals end-to-end, and supporting the Foundation Customer Success team from June 1 through October 31, 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute sub-$2,500 renewal opportunities in the assigned region
- Follow the Foundation renewal playbook for outreach, quote delivery, and closing
- Maintain Salesforce hygiene and escalate accounts needing strategic attention
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in SaaS inside sales, renewals, or customer success
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume, transactional book
- Salesforce proficiency is required
- Self-directed and organized with the ability to prioritize effectively
- K-12 EdTech experience is a plus but not required
