Job Summary
Customer Success Associate, a full-time position responsible for providing support to brokers and admins by resolving issues, educating partners, and ensuring smooth operations in healthcare administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to brokers and admins via phone and email
- Address and resolve complaints, including billing discrepancies and coverage denials
- Educate partners on compliance requirements and assist with navigating online resources
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in support-related roles
- Experience in health insurance or a related field preferred
- Comfortable with remote work and modern web applications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
- Strong time management and organizational skills
