Job Summary

Customer Success Associate, a full-time position responsible for providing support to brokers and admins by resolving issues, educating partners, and ensuring smooth operations in healthcare administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance to brokers and admins via phone and email
  • Address and resolve complaints, including billing discrepancies and coverage denials
  • Educate partners on compliance requirements and assist with navigating online resources
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in support-related roles
  • Experience in health insurance or a related field preferred
  • Comfortable with remote work and modern web applications
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
