Job Summary

Supporting the execution of high-volume operational work, the full-time Customer Success Associate will manage onboarding, configuration, and customer support initiatives remotely, ensuring timely completion of tasks that enhance customer experience and product adoption.

Key responsibilities
  • Create and configure hotel accounts in backend systems while ensuring accuracy and proper branding
  • Resolve Customer Operations tickets and coordinate onboarding and training sessions with customers
  • Participate in special projects and provide timely updates to Customer Success Managers and stakeholders on task progress
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer support, customer success, operations, or hospitality
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with customer-facing interactions and problem-solving
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, or similar operational tools
