Job Summary

Supporting customer onboarding and engagement, the full-time Customer Success Associate will manage customer interactions, maintain HubSpot data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Support customer onboarding and retention efforts, ensuring positive customer experiences
  • Administer HubSpot, including maintaining dashboards, reports, and CRM data quality
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support teams to enhance customer communication and issue resolution
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, including CRM administration and reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with AI-enabled CRM features or automation tools is a plus
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to build rapport across all organizational levels
