Job Summary

Supporting customer onboarding and engagement, the full-time Customer Success Associate will manage client relationships, coordinate outreach initiatives, and maintain HubSpot data while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist with customer onboarding, communication, and retention efforts to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Administer HubSpot, including building dashboards and maintaining CRM data quality
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support teams to resolve customer issues and improve operational processes
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, including dashboards and CRM administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with AI-enabled CRM features or automation tools is a plus
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with a passion for problem-solving
