Job Summary

Owning a portfolio of over 90 commercial accounts, the full-time remote Customer Success Associate will leverage automation and data-driven health signals to ensure timely outreach, address customer inquiries, and drive renewal processes while collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer engagement.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts using automation tools and lifecycle playbooks for effective customer engagement
  • Monitor account health signals and execute targeted strategies to mitigate risks and enhance product adoption
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, facilitating quick resolutions and managing the renewal process
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management, Support, or Sales in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience managing a high-volume book of business with automation and playbooks
  • Familiarity with customer health scoring concepts and AI platforms
  • Strong written communication skills for crafting tailored customer correspondence
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and ability to work across multiple tools
