Job Summary

To support multiple product lines, the remote Customer Success Associate will focus on ensuring customer retention, building strong relationships, and managing renewals while collaborating with clients to maximize the value of their Lexipol products.

Key responsibilities
  • Support customers in achieving their organizational goals through company products and services
  • Facilitate client engagements to identify priorities and recommend actions that drive product value
  • Conduct regular analysis of client performance and engagement metrics to inform retention strategies
Required qualifications
  • Proven work experience in Customer Success Management or a similar role
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Understanding of sales principles and a commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences
  • BS degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a relevant field preferred
  • 2 or more years of experience in an account management or Customer Success Management role
