Job Summary
Supporting user relationships on the night shift, the full-time Customer Success Associate will provide exceptional customer service, assist with onboarding, and resolve user inquiries remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels, including email, chat, and social media
- Respond to user complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner, practicing conflict resolution
- Assist internal teams with ad hoc requests and conduct fraud reviews related to user transactions
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a direct Customer Support/Success role
- Availability to work weeknights and weekends, covering 40 hours per week
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration across departments
- Ability to assist with regulatory operations and compliance as needed
- Experience with fraud review processes and user account maintenance
