Job Summary
Focused on relationship building and proactive outreach, the full-time Customer Success Associate will drive value and strategic conversations with SMB and Mid-Market customers in a remote environment, ensuring customer satisfaction, product adoption, and retention.
Key responsibilities
- Provide industry and platform expertise to help customers derive valuable insights from the product
- Advise customers on best practices to maximize value and ROI from the platform
- Partner with Account Managers to develop growth strategies and secure successful renewals and expansions
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment; Martech industry experience is a plus
- Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders at the Champion and decision-making levels
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance and retention goals
- Experience with Salesforce
- Project management experience is a plus
