Job Summary
Owning the onboarding and training experience for new users, the full-time Customer Success Associate will manage existing mid-market accounts and serve as the primary point of contact while working remotely to ensure customer success and engagement with the Voxel platform.
Key responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and training sessions for new users to facilitate smooth platform adoption
- Manage relationships and drive engagement for a portfolio of existing customer sites
- Monitor customer health signals and proactively address risks or opportunities with the Customer Success team
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for conducting training sessions and building relationships
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with a willingness to take initiative
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
