Job Summary
Owning the customer journey for hundreds of clients, the full-time Customer Success Associate, Scaled will build and manage systematic approaches to enhance customer experience, retention, and engagement through AI and scalable programs in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement systems that leverage AI and automation to deliver personalized customer experiences across multiple accounts
- Monitor data and trends to identify opportunities and risks, driving customer retention metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and friction points affecting customer activation and adoption
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in SaaS customer success, customer engagement, or consulting roles
- Proven ability to build playbooks and frameworks for diverse customer needs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a high-volume environment
- Technical aptitude with a focus on AI, automation, and scalable customer engagement strategies
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment, with a willingness to create structure in ambiguous situations
