Job Summary
To support a diverse user base, the full-time Customer Success Associate will manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring value optimization and strategic engagement while working remotely, preferably from the greater NYC or DC areas.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the platform expert, providing user-level support and aligning with client business goals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive retention and identify growth opportunities
- Collect customer feedback and collaborate with product development teams to enhance the platform based on user needs
Required qualifications
- 2-3+ years of experience in enterprise software or SaaS customer success/account management
- Proven track record of providing product support at the user level
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with publicly available information and social media analysis related to corporate security or risk management
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus
