Job Summary

To support the US Army, the full-time remote Customer Success Associate will drive product adoption and renewals for the First Alert platform, build customer relationships, and implement strategies to enhance account growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Expand First Alert adoption and drive successful customer outcomes within the assigned portfolio
  • Design and implement scalable programs that integrate First Alert into customer workflows aligned with enterprise objectives
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships through briefings, demonstrations, training, and regular check-ins
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, with 3-5 years of customer success/account management experience, particularly in the public sector
  • Knowledge or experience with publicly available information and real-time alerting needs of public sector organizations
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical customers
  • High level of accountability with the ability to manage multiple competing projects and deadlines independently
