Job Summary

Supporting Marketplace providers, the full-time remote Customer Success Associate will deliver operational assistance, maintain provider listings, and enhance customer satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary support contact for providers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Build and nurture positive relationships with Marketplace providers to enhance engagement and satisfaction
  • Monitor customer activity and proactively identify opportunities for improving the customer experience
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in Implementation, Account Management, or a related field
  • Past experience in a healthcare setting is required
  • Demonstrated experience handling escalated or complex customer support issues
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
