Job Summary
Supporting Marketplace providers, the full-time remote Customer Success Associate will deliver operational assistance, maintain provider listings, and enhance customer satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary support contact for providers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Build and nurture positive relationships with Marketplace providers to enhance engagement and satisfaction
- Monitor customer activity and proactively identify opportunities for improving the customer experience
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-3 years of experience in Implementation, Account Management, or a related field
- Past experience in a healthcare setting is required
- Demonstrated experience handling escalated or complex customer support issues
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
