Job Summary
To support a growing customer base, the full-time remote Customer Success Associate will manage user support requests, serve as the primary contact for customers and partners, and advocate for user satisfaction while identifying trends to enhance the support process.
Key responsibilities
- Handling a high volume of user support requests via email, phone, and social media
- Triaging incoming support issues and escalating bugs to the engineering team
- Identifying trends and inefficiencies to improve the user experience and support process
Required qualifications
- Experience in customer service or customer support, preferably in retail or service industries
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn sales/support tools like Zendesk and Salesforce
- A natural ability to build relationships and serve small businesses
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A friendly and optimistic demeanor, capable of working well under pressure
