Customer Success Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate in the Insurance department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve technical and non-technical inquiries from agents, brokers, and insureds
• Work closely with the Underwriting team to ensure consistent execution across business files
• Assist in delivering quotes, policies, and endorsements to agents and insureds

Required Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of underwriting/operations experience in the insurance industry, preferably in transportation
• Self-starter who seeks out opportunities to learn and succeed
• Ability to work in high-growth, ambiguous environments
• College degree preferred but not required
• Experience in the transportation segment is preferred
