Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth and engagement by championing retention efforts and improving product adoption
- Develop a high-performing team by fostering a culture of proactive, retention-driven advisors and coaching CSM's for successful account expansion and renewals
- Execute Customer Success transformation by partnering with Marketing, guiding portfolio strategy, and championing the adoption of key processes
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience leading a Customer Success team
- Experience with Gainsight
- Experience in the L&D or education technology industries (preferred)
- A passion for Customer Success transformation (preferred)
