Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive growth and engagement by championing retention efforts and improving product adoption
  • Develop a high-performing team by fostering a culture of proactive, retention-driven advisors and coaching CSM's for successful account expansion and renewals
  • Execute Customer Success transformation by partnering with Marketing, guiding portfolio strategy, and championing the adoption of key processes
Required Qualifications:
  • Previous experience leading a Customer Success team
  • Experience with Gainsight
  • Experience in the L&D or education technology industries (preferred)
  • A passion for Customer Success transformation (preferred)
