Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, develop, and grow customer relationships and associated revenue within the shared Scaled Customer Success book of business
- Ensure timely account renewals, identify risks and churns, provide product feedback, and recognize opportunities for additional services
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve any problems or concerns
Required Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar position
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of CRM systems and customer success software is a plus
