Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Partner - Customer Success (Healthcare Payer).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage renewals, expansion strategies, and account retention for enterprise healthcare customers
  • Serve as the primary executive contact, leading strategic discussions focused on value realization and outcomes
  • Oversee account strategy, ensuring alignment with customer goals and internal team priorities


Required Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, customer success, account management, or enterprise SaaS
  • Strong background in healthcare operations, payer/provider models, or clinical analytics
  • Proven experience managing senior executive relationships
  • Demonstrated commercial mindset with an understanding of revenue and growth levers
  • MBA or equivalent strategic training strongly preferred
