Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Coach to support K-12 school and SMB commercial accounts in maximizing the value of SaaS school program solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate customer onboarding and implementation to ensure a high-quality experience
- Monitor product usage and develop tailored adoption strategies for schools and commercial accounts
- Identify risk factors and coordinate resolution plans to strengthen customer relationships
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years in a Customer Success, Implementation, Account Management, or Training role within a SaaS or EdTech environment
- Experience supporting K-12 schools or districts and understanding school operations
- Familiarity with retention-focused metrics and CRM tools
- Ability to analyze platform data for actionable insights
