Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Coach to support K-12 school and SMB commercial accounts in maximizing the value of SaaS school program solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate customer onboarding and implementation to ensure a high-quality experience
  • Monitor product usage and develop tailored adoption strategies for schools and commercial accounts
  • Identify risk factors and coordinate resolution plans to strengthen customer relationships


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years in a Customer Success, Implementation, Account Management, or Training role within a SaaS or EdTech environment
  • Experience supporting K-12 schools or districts and understanding school operations
  • Familiarity with retention-focused metrics and CRM tools
  • Ability to analyze platform data for actionable insights
