Job Summary
Guiding a portfolio of innovative customers, the full-time remote Customer Success Coach will support the adoption and growth of Arena's SaaS PLM/QMS solution by advising on best practices, maintaining customer success plans, and nurturing relationships to drive customer satisfaction and expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries and advising on Arena capabilities and industry best practices
- Maintaining customer success plans and monitoring escalations to advocate for product enhancements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and drive growth
Required qualifications
- 8-10+ years of hands-on experience with PLM and QMS, preferably with Arena
- Experience managing a portfolio of customer accounts in the Enterprise space
- Strong business acumen and presentation skills
- Four-year BA/BS degree (Technical) or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with Gainsight or other CSM software is a plus
