Job Summary

Supporting customers throughout their lifecycle, the full-time Customer Success Coach will act as the main point of contact for an assigned portfolio, delivering onboarding, training, and ongoing guidance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver onboarding, training, and lifecycle guidance based on customer support tiers
  • Monitor customer health and prepare Executive Summaries, leading Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer risks and opportunities
Required qualifications
  • Experience in Customer Success, hospitality operations, or a client-facing SaaS role
  • Proficient with SaaS tools, CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and priorities
  • Confidence in leading customer calls and product demonstrations
