Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish strong relationships with strategic customers and manage customer reference program
- Serve as primary point of escalation for customer issues
- Identify and qualify new services, products, and support opportunities
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years in the ERP space, preferably NetSuite
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong experience managing NetSuite ERP projects and implementations
- General knowledge of accounting principles and terminology
- Comfortable working remotely
