Job Summary
To drive customer value and success through optimal utilization of solutions, the full-time remote Customer Success Consultant will manage partner and customer success plans, monitor health indicators, and identify growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Construct and implement partner and customer success plans to drive value realization
- Manage metrics related to partner and customer health, including usage data and renewal dates
- Identify and qualify opportunities for expansion while collaborating closely with sales teams
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of customer success or account management experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience working with large and medium enterprise customers
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into customer insights
- Knowledge of technology and data networking with a technical aptitude
