Job Summary

To drive customer value and success through optimal utilization of solutions, the full-time remote Customer Success Consultant will manage partner and customer success plans, monitor health indicators, and identify growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities
  • Construct and implement partner and customer success plans to drive value realization
  • Manage metrics related to partner and customer health, including usage data and renewal dates
  • Identify and qualify opportunities for expansion while collaborating closely with sales teams
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of customer success or account management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience working with large and medium enterprise customers
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into customer insights
  • Knowledge of technology and data networking with a technical aptitude
