Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Coordinator 4.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outreach calls to schedule patients for healthcare appointments
  • Assist patients with pre and post-visit support needs and document interactions in a CRM or EMR
  • Coordinate with field and clinical teams to provide care and maintain proper unit documentation


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in a call center or phone-based sales/support team
  • Basic knowledge of standard applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Fluency in English
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
