Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach calls to schedule patients for healthcare appointments
- Assist patients with pre and post-visit support needs and document interactions in a CRM or EMR
- Coordinate with field and clinical teams to provide care and maintain proper unit documentation
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in a call center or phone-based sales/support team
- Basic knowledge of standard applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Fluency in English
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
