Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Coordinator to support Sales and Customer Success teams throughout the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and support documentation across the customer lifecycle
- Coordinate logistics and communication between Sales and Customer Success teams, including meeting agendas and action items
- Assist with event logistics and follow-up documentation after conferences and client offsites
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in sales support, customer success support, or administrative operations
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proactive and resourceful with the ability to work independently
- Interest in building a career in Customer Success or client-facing operations
