  • Maintain accurate customer records and project updates in Totango and JIRA
Required Qualifications

  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and project management tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
