Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Global Shared Services Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage referral processes, including setup, data entry, and updates in the Candidate Management System
  • Review billing requirements for referrals and ensure timely management of installment billing
  • Conduct research on social media to track candidate outcomes and update relevant information
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; candidates in progress may be considered
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a corporate setting
  • Event planning or coordination experience is a plus
  • Proficient in computer/data management skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
