Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Team Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee team operations and productivity, ensuring timely responses and addressing productivity gaps
  • Maintain visibility into active studies, coordinating support coverage and identifying risks
  • Connect with study POCs on key metrics, surfacing trends and areas of concern
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in customer support, operations, or similar roles
  • Experience leading small teams or influencing outcomes without direct authority
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Comfort working with metrics and operational data
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
