Job Summary

- Oversee team operations and productivity, ensuring timely responses and addressing productivity gaps
- Maintain visibility into active studies, coordinating support coverage and identifying risks
- Connect with study POCs on key metrics, surfacing trends and areas of concern
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in customer support, operations, or similar roles
- Experience leading small teams or influencing outcomes without direct authority
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Comfort working with metrics and operational data
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
