Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Coordinator 4, responsible for managing patient visit scheduling and dispatching in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, review, prioritize, and dispatch incoming calls using the company's CAD system
- Coordinate mobile health clinician schedules and patient visits, ensuring effective communication with all parties
- Manage appointment scheduling, including cancellations and rescheduling, while providing exceptional customer service
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Preferred background in dispatch, healthcare, or operations monitoring
- Familiarity with computer-aided dispatch software (CAD)
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce and hospital EMRs, is preferred
- Knowledge of emergency procedures and guidelines
