Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Coordinator 4, responsible for managing patient visit scheduling and dispatching in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, review, prioritize, and dispatch incoming calls using the company's CAD system
  • Coordinate mobile health clinician schedules and patient visits, ensuring effective communication with all parties
  • Manage appointment scheduling, including cancellations and rescheduling, while providing exceptional customer service
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Preferred background in dispatch, healthcare, or operations monitoring
  • Familiarity with computer-aided dispatch software (CAD)
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce and hospital EMRs, is preferred
  • Knowledge of emergency procedures and guidelines
