Job Summary

Customer Success Coordinator is a hybrid contract position that involves providing customer support, managing post-implementation tasks, and acting as a knowledge expert for the platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support post-implementation activities in partnership with Directors
  • Provide customer support via email and Zoom, and host live training sessions
  • Manage customer interactions using Salesforce.com and ChurnZero
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in customer service, client relations, or account management
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience managing both long-term projects and short-term tasks effectively
  • Mobile savvy with knowledge of Google Workspace; experience with Camtasia and QuickTime is a plus
  • Salesforce.com and ChurnZero experience is a plus
