Job Summary
Customer Success Coordinator is a hybrid contract position that involves providing customer support, managing post-implementation tasks, and acting as a knowledge expert for the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Support post-implementation activities in partnership with Directors
- Provide customer support via email and Zoom, and host live training sessions
- Manage customer interactions using Salesforce.com and ChurnZero
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of professional experience in customer service, client relations, or account management
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience managing both long-term projects and short-term tasks effectively
- Mobile savvy with knowledge of Google Workspace; experience with Camtasia and QuickTime is a plus
- Salesforce.com and ChurnZero experience is a plus
