Key Responsibilities
  • Lead professional communication with advisor clients via phone, email, and video to collaborate on website development
  • Utilize AI tools like Claude, Gemini, and FMG Assistant to streamline client communication and project tracking
  • Build and manage advisor websites, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications
Required Qualifications
  • Real-world experience or related college degree required
  • Two plus years of customer service or customer support experience
  • Proficiency in AI tools such as Claude and Gemini, with comfort in production workflows
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
