Job Summary
Guiding financial advisors through the website build process, the full-time remote Customer Success Coordinator will manage client communication, project pacing, and configuration tasks using FMG's proprietary CMS while leveraging AI tools for enhanced efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead professional communication with advisor clients via phone, email, and video to collaborate on website development
- Utilize AI tools like Claude, Gemini, and FMG Assistant to streamline client communication and project tracking
- Build and manage advisor websites, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications
Required Qualifications
- Real-world experience or related college degree required
- Two plus years of customer service or customer support experience
- Proficiency in AI tools such as Claude and Gemini, with comfort in production workflows
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
