Job Summary

Delivering exceptional customer experiences, the full-time remote Customer Success Coordinator will manage client requests, support upsell opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery.

Key responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and prioritize upsell and cross-sell opportunities from Customer Success Representatives
  • Analyze account data and provide recommendations to Customer Success leadership based on reports
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex client requests while maintaining service standards
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, account coordination, or a client success role preferred
  • Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
