Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Customer Success Coordinator will manage client onboarding, retention, and relationship building while working remotely across the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients and ensure a smooth transition
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance retention and satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and improve service offerings
Required qualifications
