  • Manage calendar and workload, setting proper expectations with subscribers throughout the setup process
Required Qualifications:
  • Prior customer service or support experience
  • Highly organized
  • An eye for design
  • Project management experience (helpful, but not required)
  • Interest in HTML and CSS (a plus)
