- Manage calendar and workload, setting proper expectations with subscribers throughout the setup process
Required Qualifications:
- Prior customer service or support experience
- Highly organized
- An eye for design
- Project management experience (helpful, but not required)
- Interest in HTML and CSS (a plus)
