Job Summary
Driving long-term customer success for a portfolio of clients, the full-time remote Customer Success Data Scientist will leverage data science expertise to enhance analytical capabilities, serve as a trusted advisor, and collaborate across teams to improve customer outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement technical strategies that align with customer business objectives and enhance adoption of Spotfire solutions
- Build consultative relationships with customers through regular health assessments, acting as a trusted advisor to navigate challenges
- Lead innovation efforts in applied machine learning and AI, translating customer goals into technical solutions and prototypes
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of data science experience with software environments and programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
- 3-5+ years of experience in advanced data analytics and delivering software applications or projects
- 3-5+ years of industry experience in sectors like Manufacturing, Energy, or Life Sciences, applying analytics to sector-specific data problems
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
