Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design Architect.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement technology solutions for customer onboarding and address specific business challenges
Conduct adoption workshops and serve as a trusted technical advisor to enhance product usage and identify new use cases
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into new solutions and prioritize product enhancements

Required Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of experience in a technical architectural design role
At least 4 years in customer-facing technical roles, preferably in a post-sales capacity for a SaaS company
Domain knowledge of PKI, SSH, DNS, and related cryptographic standards
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Linux command line, and application servers
CISSP / CISM / CISA certification is preferred
