Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Director (AMER) to manage client relationships and drive product adoption across the Americas.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of financial services clients, ensuring satisfaction and value realization
- Develop and execute tailored client success plans aligned with client business goals
- Drive renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities while collaborating with the Commercial team
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise technology
- Solid understanding of digital banking, authentication, cybersecurity, or payments
- Proficiency with CRM tools and customer success platforms, such as Salesforce or Gainsight
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex accounts and prioritize effectively
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in global organizations is a strong plus
