Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Director (AMER) to manage client relationships and drive product adoption across the Americas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of financial services clients, ensuring satisfaction and value realization
  • Develop and execute tailored client success plans aligned with client business goals
  • Drive renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities while collaborating with the Commercial team
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise technology
  • Solid understanding of digital banking, authentication, cybersecurity, or payments
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and customer success platforms, such as Salesforce or Gainsight
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex accounts and prioritize effectively
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in global organizations is a strong plus
