- Understand and embed training and adoption of solutions into customer-specific workflows
- Provide insights to link usage and economic value to drive product adoption
- Develop and deliver training programs and Quarterly Business Reviews to enhance customer engagement
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in account management, client service, or project management
- Experience engaging with Fortune 500 customers and presenting to executive leaders
- Experience managing account renewals and driving customer needs into product management
- Understanding of product development and release practices for enterprise customers
- Familiarity with support and incident management procedures
