Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Sr. Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and embed training and adoption of solutions into customer-specific workflows
  • Provide insights to link usage and economic value to drive product adoption
  • Develop and deliver training programs and Quarterly Business Reviews to enhance customer engagement


Required Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience in account management, client service, or project management
  • Experience engaging with Fortune 500 customers and presenting to executive leaders
  • Experience managing account renewals and driving customer needs into product management
  • Understanding of product development and release practices for enterprise customers
  • Familiarity with support and incident management procedures
