Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, solution adoption, and alignment with business goals
- Lead onboarding processes and facilitate effective deployment and enablement strategies
- Monitor product usage metrics to drive adoption, minimize churn risk, and identify upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience managing or supervising employees
- Experience with cybersecurity software in a vendor, VAR, or MSSP model
- Ability to manage enterprise accounts with a consultative, value-driven approach
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and IT infrastructure solutions
