Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, solution adoption, and alignment with business goals
  • Lead onboarding processes and facilitate effective deployment and enablement strategies
  • Monitor product usage metrics to drive adoption, minimize churn risk, and identify upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications:
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience
  • 3 to 5 years of experience managing or supervising employees
  • Experience with cybersecurity software in a vendor, VAR, or MSSP model
  • Ability to manage enterprise accounts with a consultative, value-driven approach
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and IT infrastructure solutions
