Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the Signature experience for strategic customers using multi-cloud expertise
- Act as the primary point of accountability for customer success, building strong relationships and managing escalations
- Align with business and technical stakeholders to ensure value delivery through the Signature program
Required Qualifications
- 9+ years of relevant experience in Customer Success, SaaS, Technology Consulting, or Solutions Architecture
- Knowledge of Salesforce product features and enterprise architecture principles
- Strong consultative skills with a proven track record as a Trusted Advisor
- Executive-level interpersonal skills for effective communication at the C-Level
- Ability to facilitate difficult discussions and manage objections
