Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Director to manage customer relationships and drive value from their platform investments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Orchestrate the Signature experience for strategic customers using multi-cloud expertise
  • Act as the primary point of accountability for customer success, building strong relationships and managing escalations
  • Align with business and technical stakeholders to ensure value delivery through the Signature program
Required Qualifications
  • 9+ years of relevant experience in Customer Success, SaaS, Technology Consulting, or Solutions Architecture
  • Knowledge of Salesforce product features and enterprise architecture principles
  • Strong consultative skills with a proven track record as a Trusted Advisor
  • Executive-level interpersonal skills for effective communication at the C-Level
  • Ability to facilitate difficult discussions and manage objections
