Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Director - North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversees client relationships and programs managed by the North America team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs)
  • Leads and manages a team of CSMs to align team goals with organizational and client-specific objectives
  • Ensures client retention by developing strong relationships with key decision makers and addressing their needs


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of client account handling and/or management experience
  • 3+ years of people/team management experience
  • Demonstrable training and team development experience
  • Ability to manage a varied workload with strong organizational skills
  • Experience in building rapport across various communication channels
