Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Director - North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversees client relationships and programs managed by the North America team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs)
- Leads and manages a team of CSMs to align team goals with organizational and client-specific objectives
- Ensures client retention by developing strong relationships with key decision makers and addressing their needs
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of client account handling and/or management experience
- 3+ years of people/team management experience
- Demonstrable training and team development experience
- Ability to manage a varied workload with strong organizational skills
- Experience in building rapport across various communication channels
