Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Implementation - Customer Success Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead customer onboarding and integration processes for CRM systems with company products
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and customer leadership to address service challenges and enhance product offerings
  • Develop training content and metrics to measure customer success and product usage
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS, preferably in the AI sector
  • 5 to 8 years of experience managing integrated programs for mid to large enterprises
  • Data-driven approach to track metrics and build credibility with leadership teams
  • Experience with end-to-end CRM implementations is preferred
  • College degree in Technology or Business Management
