Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Implementation - Customer Success Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer onboarding and integration processes for CRM systems with company products
- Collaborate with engineering teams and customer leadership to address service challenges and enhance product offerings
- Develop training content and metrics to measure customer success and product usage
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS, preferably in the AI sector
- 5 to 8 years of experience managing integrated programs for mid to large enterprises
- Data-driven approach to track metrics and build credibility with leadership teams
- Experience with end-to-end CRM implementations is preferred
- College degree in Technology or Business Management
