Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for customer success delivery and drive renewals through executive-level partnerships
  • Architect strategic success roadmaps that align platform evolution with customers' long-term goals
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to deliver solutions for complex enterprise challenges
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, strategic leadership, or SaaS platform use
  • Proven experience working with enterprise-level customers
  • Expertise in supporting complex, enterprise-scale Sales/Service Cloud deployments
  • Multiple Salesforce certifications, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to address customer needs
