Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for customer success delivery and drive renewals through executive-level partnerships

Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, strategic leadership, or SaaS platform use
- Proven experience working with enterprise-level customers
- Expertise in supporting complex, enterprise-scale Sales/Service Cloud deployments
- Multiple Salesforce certifications, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to address customer needs
