Job Summary

As the first point of contact for customers, the full-time remote Customer Success Director will manage the onboarding process, oversee CRM system integrations, and develop long-term relationships with customer leadership to ensure successful utilization of AI-powered solutions.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead the customer onboarding process and integration of CRM systems with Neuron7 products
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and customer PMs on data integration and change management activities
  • Develop training content and define ROI metrics related to product usage and user adoption
Required qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager with SaaS products, preferably in the AI space
  • 5 to 8 years of experience managing mid to large enterprise-level integrated programs
  • Data-driven approach to track metrics and build credibility with leadership teams
  • Experience with end-to-end CRM implementations using platforms like SFDC, ServiceNow, or MS Dynamics
  • College degree in Technology or Business Management
