Job Summary

Focusing on long-term customer relationships, the full-time remote Customer Success Director will manage enterprise accounts, drive revenue growth, and ensure customer satisfaction through strategic engagement and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and sustain relationships with enterprise customers to maximize success and drive account planning
  • Deliver revenue growth by identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Articulate value propositions and proactively address customer needs to enhance engagement with SpyCloud products and services
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Customer Success Management in a strategic customer-facing role
  • Experience in Enterprise Account Management and familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) companies
  • Strong interest in AI tools, including Claude and ChatGPT
  • BA/BS undergraduate degree required
  • Proficiency with Google and Microsoft business products
